Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Sendfare, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Sendfare provides discounted USPS shipping labels at commercial rates; you are responsible for the accuracy of the shipment details you submit.

2. Accounts & balance

You fund a prepaid balance and spend it to generate labels. Balances are non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Labels & postage

Labels are generated against USPS services (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express). Rates shown are illustrative until a label is purchased. You must not ship prohibited or restricted items, and you must comply with all USPS regulations and applicable law.

4. Refunds & voids

An unused label may be voided and the full amount returned to your balance, subject to USPS timelines. Return labels are scan-based and cost nothing until a carrier scans them. Unused prepaid balance is refundable in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sendfare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Carrier delivery, transit times and guarantees are governed by USPS. Sendfare is not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS.

7. Changes & contact
